(Junior) SHEQ Consultant
You enjoy assisting companies in setting up, implementing and maintaining management systems in the areas of quality, environment and (food) safety. In addition, you appreciate having the freedom to manage your own agenda in function of targets, and constantly strive for a high level of customer satisfaction and self-development.
What is included in your duties?
- Assist companies in implementing management systems in the areas of quality, environment and (food) safety.
- You will serve as the SHEQ point of contact for Phronesys and SCC-Online customers.
- Perform internal safety, environmental and quality audits at customer sites, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Support clients during external audits.
- Development and delivery of training.
- Provide support in developing, documenting and updating risk analyses, environmental aspects analyses, procedures, work instructions and other relevant documentation.
- Advise on the application of the standard and sensitize personnel on safety and other issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve our services every day.
Experience and qualifications
- You have a master's degree in security science or other field relevant to this position. Experience in a similar position is considered an asset.
- You have a diploma in Prevention Counselor 1 or 2.
- Extensive knowledge of (one of) the SHEQ policy areas (quality, environment, safety, food safety) and certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, ISO 45001...).
- Good with numbers and people. You know how to translate data into concrete insights and action items, and can communicate them clearly.
- You are able to work independently, take initiative and responsibility for your own tasks and projects.
- You know your way around office applications well (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ...), but are also quick to get away with new software packages (like hopefully ours).
- You communicate effortlessly in Dutch, other languages are a plus.
- But above all... You are willing to learn new things.
