During this training we go through the resource and material management modules within Phronesys and VCA-Online. This will teach you the most effective way to manage and maintain all information related to company assets, work equipment and PPE (personal protective equipment).
Contents
During this practical two-day training, the focus is on using the Phronesys and SCC-Online resource and material management modules. During the training we will go through the main modules and solve cases using practical examples in our tool.
- Manage your inventory through the company assets, work equipment and/or personal protective equipment (PPE) overview.
- Receive work order requests, record work orders, and schedule preventive maintenance.
- How can you follow up on inspections? Who should receive notifications? Learn how to ensure proper follow-up and create useful dashboards.
- Space and opportunities for exchanging best practices with other customers. Successes, pitfalls and difficulties; what have they learned from this that you can learn from?
