What to expect.
During this training, we focus on using the Phronesys and VCA-Online tools, giving you the tips & tricks you need as a main user / key user.
- Learn all the ins and outs of the Phronesys and VCA-Online tools based on practical cases.
- The most common questions (FAQ) are discussed so that you always know the answers to them as a point of contact within your company.
- We examine specific (sub)modules depending on your current difficulties. Be sure to indicate these when registering.
- Space and opportunities for exchanging best practices with other customers. Successes, pitfalls and difficulties; what have they learned from this that you can learn from?

Who is it for?
This training is intended for all Phronesys and VCA-Online main users or key usersWe take into account your experience with the system, but a basic knowledge is definitely recommended.
A new key user? This training is the ideal first introduction if you will take a leading role within your organisation in the use of the system. We teach you the necessary "ins and outs" of the tool, and you can discover best practices from participants who have been using the system for longer.
Are you already more experienced as a main user? In addition to a good refresher on key features, this training provides the perfect time to learn about the new updates added in recent months. Do you have floating questions about certain (sub)modules you don't know what to do with? Please indicate these when you register so we can include this in the planning.
In a nutshell, all (main) users are welcome!
