Earlier this year, we sat down with some of our customers to give that module a thorough upgrade. During that workshop, we established the outline for a new, <strong>more dynamic incident module<\/strong> outlined. We are pleased to announce that the upgrade is now available! For example, the process flow becomes more extensive as the severity of the incident increases. This automatically notifies the correct person responsible for the incident report. Subsequently, that person can perform the cause analysis and initiate the necessary management measures. Heinrich's pyramid is an example of a new report that can be automatically generated for security incidents.
