Often employees are not sufficiently involved, the reporting threshold is too high and they do not see any added value in making a report. Therefore, unsafe situations and near misses do not have to be declared to the workplace accident insurance. However, in the codex well-being at work there are obligations for these so-called incidents as well:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1326237 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1326237\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work must participate in the study of the factors influencing the occurrence of accidents or incidents (Art. II-1-4, 2\u00b0).<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The prevention advisor must conduct investigations following occupational accidents and incidents that have occurred in the workplace (Art. II.1-6 \u00a71, 1\u00b0-d).<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Members of the hierarchy must investigate accidents and incidents that have occurred in the workplace and propose measures to prevent such accidents and incidents (Art.
