Management commitment and leadership are a must to implement an effective management system<\/b>. This is because they define the mission and vision of the organization. It is a time when the management meets and reflects on the functioning of the organization and consequently the management system. But again, the standard can be used as a guide. Describe what exactly you discussed and what actions, if any, need to be taken.
