As an employee, it is essential to have simple and user-friendly tools at your fingertips on the shop floor. Quickly retrieve the necessary documents (think of procedures and work instructions, your certificates to show that you can perform the work, VIKs, inspection reports of materials, ...) and easily do the necessary registrations (workplace inspections, incidents, ...). During this training we will discuss all the possibilities that the mobile APP has to offer.

This course offers a comprehensive program that introduces you to the capabilities and functionalities of the Phronesys and VCA-Online APP. Our experienced trainers will guide you in discovering the APP functionalities to streamline and improve your daily work. During these trainings we will go over the main APPs and give you tips on how to implement them within your company.
The following topics are covered:
- Brief introduction to the mobile APP: Learn how to download, install and configure the APP. Explore the intuitive user interface and navigate through the various functions.
- We go through the main APPs: Workplace Inspections (WPI), Toolboxes, Determinations, Certificates, Incident Reports, ...
- Apply your knowledge in practical scenarios and exercises that connect to daily work activities.
- We share best practices on how to use the APP within your company and keep space available to address company-specific issues.

This training is specially designed for pers who want to learn how to use the APP to better manage projects, improve communication and facilitate registrations. Whether you are responsible for setting up APPs through the cloud application, managing projects, maintenance work or other operational tasks, this training provides valuable knowledge and practical skills to get the most out of the Phronesys and VCA-Online APP fetch.
During the training, the situation and background knowledge of the participants is taken into account as much as possible. The trainers respond where possible to the situation within the participant's organization and to the APPs applicable to the participant.
