During this training we go through the planning, execution and follow-up of the management review or management review. Besides refreshing your theoretical knowledge, you will learn the best way to conduct your management review with the Phronesys or VCA-Online application.

This training is designed for Phronesys and VCA-Online users who are responsible for or involved in management reviews within their organizations. This training provides a solid foundation for proper preparation, conduct and reporting of a management review.
During this day we will show you the different stages in the implementation of the management review, both theoretically and with practical cases in our tool.
- We dive into the theory of the SCC (VCA) and main ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) as an introduction or refresher to inpute requirements and concepts.
- You will learn what to look for when planning executive reviews, through templates and automatic data from your system, among other things.
- Establish smart reporting formats to conduct effective management reviews.
- The best way to report results in an understandable way - and then track them through objectives and KPIs, among others, to continuously improve.
