Eine Norm bezeichnet einfach die Art und Weise, wie man etwas tun wird. Wir unterscheiden zwei Arten von Normen: interne und externe Normen.<\/p><p>Interne Standards werden unabh\u00e4ngig auf Organisationsebene erstellt. Sie sind eng mit der Identit\u00e4t, dem Zweck und der Strategie einer bestimmten Organisation verbunden. Wie zum Beispiel der Kaffee von Starbucks schmeckt, h\u00e4ngt stark von den intern festgelegten Standards ab.<\/p><p>Externe Normen hingegen werden von anderen - autorisierten - Institutionen erstellt. Ein bekanntes Beispiel ist das ISO-Institut: Die Internationale Organisation f\u00fcr Normung. Sie erstellt Normen f\u00fcr Dritte, die so genannten ISO-Normen. Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen sich im Rahmen eines Audits nach ISO-Normen zertifizieren lassen; dabei wird gepr\u00fcft, ob die betreffende Organisation eine bestimmte Norm anwendet. Wenn ein Unternehmen ein bestimmtes Zertifikat besitzt, k\u00f6nnen Sie sicher sein, dass es nach einer bestimmten Norm arbeitet.<\/p><p>Warum gibt es also solche Ma\u00dfnahmen? Nun... Es ist einfach zu sagen, dass man bestimmte Standards erf\u00fcllt. Dies auch belegen zu k\u00f6nnen, ist etwas anderes. Jeden Tag werden wir von Unternehmen mit Marketingbotschaften bombardiert, die besagen: \"Wir sind der beste Lieferant\/Partner f\u00fcr Sie!\". Und genau aus diesem Grund finden diese Audits durch Dritte statt. Zertifikate tragen zur Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit solcher Botschaften und zur Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit des Unternehmens im Allgemeinen bei. Warum sollte ich \u00fcberhaupt in eine ISO-Zertifizierung investieren? Eigentlich kann man getrost sagen, dass die eigene Zertifizierung eine Menge relevanter Vorteile bringt.<\/p><ul><li>Ein erster, nicht zu untersch\u00e4tzender Vorteil ist die Tatsache, dass die <b>Wahrnehmung der Stakeholder <\/b>(Kunden, potenzielle Kunden, Lieferanten, ...) gegen\u00fcber Ihrem Unternehmen <b>verbessert<\/b>. Sie erh\u00f6hen die Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit und schaffen sofort ein gewisses Vertrauensverh\u00e4ltnis zwischen Ihnen und beispielsweise dem (potenziellen) Kunden. Heutzutage verwenden viele Unternehmen sogar Standards, um sich bei der Wahl eines Lieferanten oder Partners zu orientieren. Diese Lieferanten\/Partner m\u00fcssen bestimmte Standards erf\u00fcllen, sonst haben sie keine Chance, auf der Liste der zugelassenen Lieferanten zu landen.<\/li><li>ISO tr\u00e4gt zu einer <b>h\u00f6here Leistung<\/b>. Unternehmen, die ISO-Managementsysteme verwenden, haben Zugang zu bereits etablierten Methoden und Terminologien, was die Verwaltung und Kommunikation effizienter macht.<\/li><li>Die ISO-Normen sind <b>in der ganzen Welt angenommen<\/b>.
